The O'Fallon Police Department in Missouri released bodycam footage showing a traffic stop of Hazelwood, Missouri Police Chief Gregg Hall who was suspected of driving while intoxicated on May 28. Officers performed multiple sobriety tests on Hall, all of which he "visibly failed," police say. The officer that performed the tests used the term "hammer drunk" to describe Hall during the incident. Hall was not arrested and was driven home by another police chief.
