Check out this demo of the Viewtron IP-D8 Security Camera with light that Mike from CCTV Camera Pros installed at his house. The Viewtron IP-D8 is a 4K IP camera with a built-in white LED light, so that it can act as a spotlight camera / floodlight camera. It also has built-in AI software so instead of using traditional motion detection to turn the camera's spotlight on, it uses AI software for human detection and car detection to turn the light on. AI object detection is much more reliable than video motion detection. There are almost no false alarms.

This spotlight camera can run in 3 illumination modes.

~ IR Night Vision Mode. The spotlight is disabled. The camera records video in black and white when light levels are low.

~ Spotlight Camera Mode. The IR night vision is disabled. The spotlight turns on when light levels are low.

~ Dual LED / Smart Supplemental Light mode. IR night vision is enabled when light levels are low. When a human and / or vehicle is detected intruding, the spotlight turns on and the infrared mode is disabled. The camera records in color when the spotlight is on.

~ Supports mobile app push notifications based on Motion detection / AI object detection events when you use a Viewtron NVR.
