Come along with One One Cocoa for a nutty adventure. We explore the process of harvesting cashews, (cashew nuts) to drying, to burning, to pounding, to roasting, to shelling and then finally enjoying this incredible snack.

The process which is still done manually in these parts,(Grenada) is arduous, lengthy with a few risks; burns and blisters. Nevertheless, it is a great activity for socialization of family or neighbours. I had great fun and learnt a lot of life lessons from Ms. Theresa as we chatted.
