לַהי הָאָרֶץ וּמְלוֹאָהּ תֵּבֵל וְיֽשְׁבֵי בָהּ
כִּי־הוּא עַל־יַמִּים יְסָדָהּ וְעַל־נְהָרוֹת יְכוֹנְנֶהָ

La-do-nai ha-ar-etz umlo-ah
Te-vel ve-yosh’vei vah
Ki hu al yamim, yesadah, v’al neharot yechon’nehha

The earth is Adonai’s and the fullness thereof, the world and those who dwell in it. For God founded it upon the ocean, set it on the nether-streams.
