Kitex cares

This is a mobilisation film written and directed by me for Kitex Garments, one of the largest childrenswear manufacturers in India. Kitex is based in Kerala and sources a large chunk of its manpower from central and north India. The youngsters are impressed by the high salaries and standard of living offered by Kitex in particular and Kerala in general. As a result of which, talking to them is not a big problem, convincing them I largely accomplish through peer talk and of course, testimonies by parents. Parents, in the case of girls, continue to the final decision takers here. Please watch the film till the end for a series of powerful and touching testimonies by some parents. My mobilisation filming work for Kitex involves mostly updating of data - like salaries - and I try to make it more interesting by adding newer faces. Fresher angles are, however, difficult as the target, purpose and arguments all remain the same. (This one is not much different - save for the expansive canvas - of the first mobilisation film 'Chalo Kitex' I made for Kitex about a decade ago.)
