Taking place at the renowned Green Door Store venue at The Great Escape in Brighton, Canada House showcases Canada’s hottest rising independent artists to music fans as well as international and UK industry over a full three days.

Canadian acts from Canada House took part in a music session with Indie Kitchen during the event, filmed and recorded live for your viewing pleasure.

Shaheen, better known as Shanii22, is an up-and-coming artist living in Canada. As a Syrian-Lebanese rapper raised in Kuwait, his multicultural background deeply influences his unique approach to music, which has turned heads both locally and internationally. With the release of his ‘KEFI.’ EP in September 2021, he bought out a part of him never seen before. It features lyrics in both English & Arabic, blending these elements into a cultural fusion that he spent the year prior honing. His most recent drop ‘I Tolem’’ released 12th December 2022.
