To put it diplomatically, a creator only interested in creating new stuff, where the team can't be bothered with any support whatsoever, is a fucking outrage and something I have never ever seen before. The team simply does not prioritize at all updating the existing mistakes. Like ever. The company policy is that there are too many permutations, it's imposible to get it right.

And unfortunately I have to agree.

The only way forward to make this mess into something acceptable is to rewrite it from scratch.

(and it cost me a lot)

All the rules in FoA have the uniform circumstances hard-coded as an assumption.
So to make TC work you need to make an inventory of ALL the references to the UC.
