ARTIST’S STATEMENT
Art allows me to express myself in a language in which my feelings, passion and emotions flow and my imagination is set free. Trusting my instincts, I explore novel ways of creating art often utilizing ordinary materials and found objects.
My work is influenced by world travel, nature, analyzing works of artists, experiencing architecture and enjoying life. When teaching Art to children, I encourage their creativity and motivate them in journeys of self-discovery.

BIOGRAPHY
A Multimedia international artist, Anabel Rub Peicher enjoys creating small sculptures and large scale installations in various materials.
Born in Lima, Perú, resides in Florida since December 1974. Studied architecture at the University of Miami, Florida.
She has had several solo and collaborative exhibits locally and internationally in Canada, Perú, Spain and in the USA. Anabel has exhibited in mother and daughter shows with her belated mother artist, Raquel Rub.
She volunteers teaching art online to children and mentoring artists.
Presides 2+3 the Artists’ Organization, Board member of National Association of Women Artists, past board member of Broward Art Guild, member of Ceramic League Miami, Ceramic League Palm Beach, and National League of American Pen Women.
