Funky Tomatoes & Weird Happenings | July Vegetable Garden

In this video I’ll show you the problem area of the vegetable garden, all the things going wrong… from pests to plants behaving mysteriously and simply not thriving as expected.

The kitchen garden always has a fabulous way of balancing disappointment though, because there’s always something to harvest in an allotment or vegetable patch, which puts a smile back on our faces and keeps us motivated.

We are all in this together. No garden is perfect and no one is immune to things going somewhat awry. For ultimate success we can just buy our produce in the local shops, but that’s not the only reason we grow our food is it? We embark on the journey towards self sufficient to enjoy the process and to learn and “grow” as humans, not just grow plants.

I’m loving this journey…whether that means no tomatoes this year…remains to be seen..but I’m having fun trying.
