Ingredients For Cabbage & Kale Stew
1 small cabbage head
1 bunch kale leaves
5 fresh tomatoes
5 tatashe (chilli red bell pepper)
1 onion bulb
3 garlic cloves
5 fresh peppers (yellow & red)
2 knorr seasoning cubes
1/2 tbs curry powder
1/2 tbs thyme
1/2 tbs paprika powder
A drizzle of cooking oil
Smoked chicken or meat of choice
Salt to taste
