In this video, Jon shows how to quickly and safely mount a hangboard aka project board over your doorway. Hangboards are a fantastic training tool for building grip strength, finger strength, forearm strength, shoulder strength - pretty much the whole upper body!

You can also incorporate them into any hanging exercise in place of a pullup bar, such as hanging crunches, toes to bar (toes to doorframe in this case), and so forth. For anyone interested in ninja warrior or obstacle course racing, a project board is a must-have piece of equipment!
