Let’s make some of my easy and delicious fish tacos. Am using salmon today but you can use any fish of your choice. It is crispy outside and super moist and flaky on the inside.

Ingredients Used

1.5 lbs salmon fillets
Mexican seasoning
Black pepper
3/4 cup flour
garlic powder
Cold beer or Mineralized water
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tsp red pepper flakes (to taste)
Salt/ chicken bullion
3 Tbsp Sour cream
Mayo chup
Mayonnaise
Chili powder
Coleslaw Mix
1tsp yellow mustard
