The Ma-Cho Temple is a majestic Taoist temple located in San Fernando, La Union, and is one of the most iconic landmarks in the region. Built in 1975, it is dedicated to Ma-Cho (Mazu), the Taoist goddess of the sea and protector of fishermen, reflecting the deep Chinese cultural influence in the province.

The sunsets in La Union are nothing short of magical, especially when viewed from the beaches of San Juan.
• Golden Hour: As the day winds down, the sky transforms into a canvas of warm orange, pink, and purple hues, reflecting beautifully on the water. The palm trees and rolling waves add to the picturesque setting.
• Beach Vibe: The combination of surfers catching the last waves of the day and the chill atmosphere creates a sense of serenity and community. Whether you’re lounging on the sand, sipping a drink, or walking along the shore, it’s a breathtaking experience.
