Hello ,
My name is Jacques D. Floyd . I was in the culinary field for more than 20 years in the United States Navy (USN) in the Culinary Specialists rate. I operated and managed Navy messes and living quarters established to subsist and accommodate naval personnel

We served over 7,000 people on a carrier combined enlisted and officer personnel. My job on a ship consisted of a lot of work but at the end of a hard day i had the spectacular feeling on my heart that i did something great for my naval brothers and my country
Working in the culinary field on a ship was not that different than working in civilian status, because that’s the way the military trains its people now.
The old days of mess cooking and slamming food on trays in the military are done, things are a lot different now, everything is more professional in regards to the organized fashion of gourmet cooking .

I love everything about cooking, it was a passion i kept very close to my heart. I retired in 2012 and cook on my on time now , but don’t get me wrong i still love it.
At this point in my life i wanted to do something different so i chose another career to pursue which is marketing . Marketing has defiantly pulled this old navy man by the neck , i am passionate over the total idea of creating something to attract people to come to, in its ironic little way its almost like cooking , we made the food gourmet style in its pretty form and it attracted people, in the culinary field we use to say “people eat with there eyes ” and on many occasions they did.
With that being said i think ive got the best of both worlds .

At this time i have two websites im trying to build one is a culinary and the other is a electronics site you'll definitely here more about them.
