Newborn Puppy Abandoned at The Garbage Dump, Crying Begging for Help, I Adopted it

We saw a newborn puppy abandoned in a roadside landfill, and we immediately took him home to take care of him. We have mixed milk for the puppy, he is about 9 - 14 days old, not yet walking well, a boy. We wash the towels and wipe the dirt off the puppy's body. We will take good care of him. I live in Vietnam, I love animals very much, but some people are not economically viable, so animals in my area are often abandoned.
