In this video we are showing you how to remove and replace the front Disc Brake Rotors on Mercedes M Class W163. We are demonstrating on a 2000 Mercedes ML430 but it should be the same procedure from 2000 to 2005 for ML230 ML270 ML320 ML350 ML400 ML430 ML500.
The 1998 and 1999 Model and even some later models might have a different brake caliper, so this will be the only difference.
It is not very complicated procedure but the Disc Brake Rotor tends to rust and get stuck pretty bad on the hub. We will advise you to soak it very good with WD-40 or PB Blaster a few hours or even overnight before the repair that way you will not have hard time removing it.
This procedure should work with some minor differences on the following:
