UPDATE I did more testing and I now know it is faster to not use any Boombats. Riot Slugs destroy the generators much more quickly, so there's no need to farm Boombats during the Gloktigi fight. I was able to destroy both generators in 23 seconds with Riot Slugs.

OLD I believe this is the quickest way to kill Sekto on the Xbox (& all other versions), though it can still be done quicker than I demonstrated. Just use Boombats when your far from the left generator, then use Riot Slugs when your close to it. You can quickly farm Boombats when the Gloktigis flee, they'll usually spawn close to the boxes, and that's your chance. Also I didn't die because I still had health, even though you can't see it. We call it the magic pixel. :^)
