In this video, which is Part 7 of a series on using Notion as an interior designer, I will create a project database and then I will create a Project Template that you can copy into each of your projects. This project template sets out the workflow for the whole interior design process. I base my workflow on a combination of the RIBA workflow and the Business of Design 15-Step Process. I have broken my workflow into seven main stages, but each stage is split into multiple steps.

Each step should have an SOP attached so we can duplicate it. This will help us keep our process management consistent and ensure that we keep control of the project.
