The 1st 100 Yard Walk of 2024 w/ host Coach Ralph Tana. Today's Guest is NR Football Head Coach James Hickey.

Going into his 16th Season as a football coach, this will be Coach Hickey's 3rd year as HC at NR. In his first Season he helped lead the red raiders to a 5-5 Season, first playoff win in 7 years and a trip to the NY Section 1 Semi-Finals. In 2023 his squad finished the year with a 7-3 Record and 9 of his seniors are now heading off to play at the collegiate level.

Today we discuss the state of the program, new facilities, coaching philosophy and much more!
