Our complete range of closed welding heads, grip type UHP 250, 500 and 1000 as well as fixture block type 625 and 1025 models can weld tubes from O.D. 1.6mm (1/16" inc.) to 25.4mm (1" inch.).

Featured with qualitative fixture blocks, the UHP-625 & UHP 1025 welding heads are dedicated to the ultra-high purity environment and are designed for orbital “butt” fusion welds of the following types:
• Tube to tube
• Tube to fittings: tee, cross, elbow, flange, microfittings, etc.

The welding process used is TIG without filler material. These welding heads are suited to high-productivity applications.
