At 21 years old, Brooke Huckaby is the country’s youngest female mayor ever. Huckaby aims to serve the small town of Arabi, Georgia every day — while also attending Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College and working part time at the Georgia Department of Agriculture.

To any member of Generation Z that wants to pursue politics, Huckaby advises prioritizing character above all. “[If you] listen to your heart but lead with your head, then you’ll be fine,” Huckaby shared.
