Ready to take your pelvic floor strength to the next level? Join me on a journey of educational exercises that incorporate proper breathwork to help you find harmony in your body. Let's dive into some simple yet effective moves that will leave you feeling strong and empowered.

1️⃣ Butterfly 🦋 with Feet Up on a Wall Stretch: Sit on the floor with your back against a wall. Bend your knees and bring the soles of your feet together, allowing your knees to fall open. Gently press your feet against the wall and feel a stretch in your inner thighs. As you inhale, visualize the breath expanding your pelvic floor, creating space and strength. Exhale slowly, releasing any tension.

2️⃣ V Stretch: Sit on the floor with your legs extended in a wide "V" shape. Place your hands behind you for support. Inhale deeply, lengthening your spine. As you exhale, engage your pelvic floor muscles and gently fold forward, reaching towards your feet. Keep your breath steady and controlled as you hold this stretch for a few breaths. Feel the stretch in your inner thighs and pelvic area.

3️⃣ Hip Thrust: Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Place an elastic band just above your knees for added resistance. Inhale deeply, engaging your pelvic floor muscles. Exhale and lift your hips off the ground, squeezing your glutes and pressing your knees out against the resistance of the band. Inhale as you lower your hips back down. Repeat this exercise for a few sets, focusing on your breath and pelvic floor engagement.

4️⃣ Ankle Weight and elastic band Exercises: to add and build core and Upper and lower body strength

5️⃣ Foam Roller Challenge: If you're looking to improve stability and challenge your pelvic floor even more, try incorporating a foam roller into your routine. For example, you can perform planks or push-ups with your hands on the foam roller, engaging your core and pelvic floor for stability. The unstable surface of the foam roller will require extra activation of your pelvic floor muscles.

Remember, proper breathwork is essential in all these exercises. Focus on inhaling deeply, visualizing your breath expanding your pelvic floor, and exhaling slowly to release any tension. Take your time and listen to your body's needs. With consistent practice, you'll boost your pelvic floor strength and find harmony within your body.
