There are great organizations out there to help us buy a great air purifier. Using the detail from the Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers, I was able to pick a purifier with good ratings. Although this is not a HEPA filter because it only filters 99% of the particulates instead of the 99.97% required by HEPA, I have a number of HEPA high rated air purifiers including the Winix and some others, this seems to work better. Yet, a big concern is how does this purifier hold up over time and can I notice the difference in air quality in my home? After of year and a half of using the Blueair 211+ air purifier 24X7, here is my experience with the Blueair based on my use.
