Egg Lolliop Recipe:
Eggs - 8 nos
Onion - 200 g
Ginger (grated) - 2 nos
Garlic (grated) - 1 no
Green Chilies - 3 nos
Coriander leaves (Chopped) - 10g
Chili Powder - 1 tsp (5 g)
Pepper Powder - 1 tsp (5 g)
Salt - 1 tsp (5 g) + 1 tsp (5 g)
Bread Crumbs - 250 g

Sauce:
Mayonnaise - ½ Cup (170 g)
Tomato Ketchup - ½ Cup (170 g)
Garlic - 2 nos

Instructions:
1. Hard boil the 8 eggs for 12 minutes and shred them.
2. Add chopped onions, green chili, coriander leaves and grated ginger and garlic.
3. Add salt, paper and chili powder and mix well.
4. Roll the mixture into small balls and crumb coat them.
5. Fry the egg lollipops
6. For the sauce mix mayonnaise, tomato ketchup and grated garlic.

Cooking Tips:
1. Freezer the rolled out egg balls for 10 minutes before frying.
