Earth Defense Force 2025 - Mission 70 - Inferno Difficulty

Class - Air Raider

Weapons:
(??) Remote Detonator Gun (Lv. 85) - 16 bombs, 160 damage per, 3 second reload time, detonates spikes around target site
ZEXR Guns (Lv. 79) - Can drop three at a time, 500 bullets, 70 damage per, 20 second reload time, 300 meter range, auto tracks enemy
EDF Chopper EF31 (Lv. 83) - L1 hold down to rise, R1 machine gun (auto tracks enemy), R2 fires a barrage of 8 missiles (EDF can't drop it without an open sky)

This mission takes place inside the hornet nest. Oddly enough, for the first mission, we're up against spiders and King Spiders. For continuity purposes, I used my heroic B-movie Air Raider to do this. The remote detonator gun was for defense and the ZEXR Guns were for killing everything that came through the tunnel opening at me. The large space beyond is full of spiders, so I drew them in after me while the ZEXR Guns fired at them, making it a kill zone. My remote detonator gun was to kill any stragglers and those lucky enough to get past, or protect me while I was reloading.

At the bottom of the nest in the first large room is a small group of rangers, but ultimately it's up to us to take down the second large room beyond.
