Museum Open House: Lexington Arts & Crafts Society and SaraSue Pennell: A Life in Images

Jay talks with Matthew Siegal and SaraSue Pennell. Matthew serves as the President and Executive Director of the Lexington Arts & Crafts Society and SaraSue is a highly accomplished artist who is a Master Pastelist and honorary Life Member in the Pastel Society of America, a Copley Artist in the Copley Society of Boston, and a Craftsman in the Lexington Arts and Crafts Society. Matthew and SaraSue are here today to inform us about both the Lexington Arts & Crafts Society as well the current exhibition entitled SaraSue Pennell: A Life in Images. During the program, we'll be learning why and how SaraSue’s interest in painting came about, we'll view and discuss some of her captivating self-portraits, and, in the process, come to better understand and appreciate how she goes about creating her outstanding artistry.
