My Amazing ‘Flight’ on the Unique Southsea to Ryde Hovercraft Service.

This truly was a first for me - taking the 'Hoverbus' to Southsea, Portsmouth Hoverport, then heading across The Solent to Ryde on the Isle of Wight onboard the only scheduled hovercraft service in the world!

And what a unique experience it was. Come with me as I show you the booking and boarding process, the trip itself and the facilities on board. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the other end where we zoom up the beach in Ryde to end what was an amazing 'flight'!
