The federal government has moved into our valley in full force as a massive wildfire, now over 12,000 acres, threatens our town and homestead. We’ve been downgraded from a Level 3 (Go Now) to a Level 2 (Be Ready) evacuation, but the danger is far from over. The outcome depends entirely on the weather, and we remain on high alert.
