Somlaw Machu Kroeung. This type of beef sour soup is very known among most Khmer people. Try it It you might like It. 💕

✔️Ingredients and Recipe

▪️ Beef with some tendons attached - 1Kg
( or Stew Beef - 1 kg )
▪️ Kroeung - 4Tbsp
▪️ Salt - 2 tsp
▪️ Fish Sauce - 1 Tbsp
▪️ Sugar - 1 Tbsp
▪️ Chicken Powder - 1 tsp
Stir well and cook on high heat 5 minutes first before add water

▪️ Water - 3L
▪️ Ferment Fish - 20g ( 1 small fish )
▪️ Tamarind Powder - 2 Tbsp in total ( can start with 1.5tbsp first )
▪️ Sugar - 2 Tbsp
▪️ Chicken Powder - 1 tsp
▪️ Fiah Sauce - 1 Tbsp

▪️ Round Eggplants - 5x
▪️ Kang Kong - 700g
