Peter Allen on The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson 1983

Peter Allen working his musical magic on The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson in 1983. Peter performs his lesser known song (but still good), "Just Another Make-Out Song", does a short interview, and then sings the powerful "Once Before I Go". Both songs are from his 1983 Not The Boy Next Door album. Peter was one very busy guy! He had a concert with the Rockettes the same night he was on Carson, performed at the Oscars (with Bernadette Peters) in California less than two months later, and sang in front of Prince Charles and Princess Diana the day after the Oscars in Australia. He even wore the same suit at both events. I guess he didn't have time to change!!!
