Eating Street Noodles Like a Local in Vietnam

I eat some bánh canh on Hoàng Diệu 2 Street in Thủ Đức District, Saigon, Vietnam.

The exact location of the street vendor I went to is:

236 Hoàng Diệu 2 Phường Linh Chieu, Thủ Đức, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh

Hoang Dieu 2 Street in Thu Duc is a rather bustling street with lots of different restaurants and street food vendors.

In this video I ate banh canh, which are cake-like noodles, served in a pork broth, and topped with various pieces of pork including pork knuckle, pork ribs, pork meat balls, and pork slices. I added pickled garlic, chili flakes, and hoisin sauce to the bowl to add some extra flavor.

Any foodie traveling to or living in Viet Nam should definitely try out some Banh Canh and/or any street noodles in general.
