Question:
In the printout report, A4 is not preset as the page size. What could be the reason for this?

Answer:
The default settings of the printout report are based on the default printer saved in Windows. When creating a new printout report, the default paper size of the default printer is used.

If a paper size of less than A4 is set for the default printer, the texts are displayed as overlapping with the preset font size (see Image 01).

In the current printout report, you can adjust the page size using the "Set Printer..." option under "File" (see Image 02).

You can change the default setting by changing the properties of the default printer or by selecting a different printer as a default printer (see the video).
