Breakfast, Breweries, and the Best Restaurant in Richmond?

My first time visiting Richmond was when we stopped for a week on our drive down to Florida. But I quickly realized that one week was not enough time to explore all the best food in Richmond, VA. So, we stopped by again on our drive back north, and I had more time to go explore the breweries in Scott's Addition, find the best breakfast in Richmond, and even visit one of the best restaurants in Richmond.
