It would be dishonest of me not to include Dreadhorde Butcher and Rhythm of the Wild in my pet deck series! These cards have always been great fun for me and I've attempted to use them in many brews including quite a few already on my channel. Butcher is a hasty threat that can snowball to a deadly size if not dealt with promptly! Rhythm makes Butcher so much better by providing that free counters, but also turns Garruk's Harbinger into a value engine by providing it haste to get that immediate card draw! Rhythm in fact makes all of our threats so much stronger, and we've got some efficient beaters, including Steel Leaf Champion and Gruul Spellbreaker! Jund colors gives us access to the best interaction that pioneer has to offer to disrupt our opponents and facilitate our plan of violence. My favorite ever list for this concept was in Modern, but after MH3 is now unplayable sadly. Still, I can't in good conscious leave this archetype off of my favorite decks playlist!
