Leadership Dialogues Featuring MAC Cosmetics and Hasbro Executives

The Leadership Dialogues speaker series is a fireside chat-style event featuring accomplished industry, political and non-profit leaders discussing the latest ideas in organizational research and ongoing practice with U-M faculty. Speakers share advice on topics including how to develop leadership skills, lead purpose-driven organizations, and manage crises.

In this session, Michigan Ross alumni André Branch, MBA ‘99, SVP and GM of MAC Cosmetics, and Jamie (Epstein) Rosen, BBA ‘09, former Director of Entertainment and Brand Marketing at Hasbro were interviewed by Professor Sue Ashford. Branch and Rosen discussed their leadership development journeys and shared their experiences leading through crisis and driving brand growth.
