Join us in this episode for a taste of New Mexico hiking ... and a taste of New Mexico food! :) We didn't really know what to expect, but let's just say that during our short stay in the state, New Mexico lived up to its nickname, Land of Enchantment. We had never heard of the Organ Mountains before, but they were really cool ... and we got to explore both sides of the range. We hope you enjoy the views of the jagged peaks as much as we did.
