Should you be referencing EF Core in your Application layer in Clean Architecture? The purists will say no. The pragmatists will say why not. The common use case for this is using the EF DbContext in query handlers. However, there's a way to keep the same design while not breaking Clean Architecture rules. You will move the query handler implementations to the Infrastructure layer. And this makes sense when you think about it. Query handlers are an implementation detail. I'll show you how to do this in today's video.
