Only ONE team can satisfy all three conditions in one go: Cissnei, Lenna, and Shantotto. I don't have Lenna's BT, and I didn't pull for Shantotto's FR -- doing a one-team-for-all clear is not a feasible for my roster.

SUBSTITUTES

You don't have to follow the exact same mission I'm doing. Mix and match based on your roster. These following lists are characters with FR Echo that can satisfy at least two conditions:

WEAPON + COLOR
Leonora, Fusoya, Lenna, Setzer, Strago, Cissnei, Fujin, Vivi, Garnet, Yuna, Braska, Shantotto, Serah, Ace

WEAPON + SERIES
Lenna, Yuffie, Aerith, Cissnei, Shantotto

COLOR + SERIES
Lenna, Dorgann, Sephiroth, Zack, Vincent, Cissnei, Shantotto

Pick the category that you can do with three fully-built characters. If there is none, then at least pick the one with three FR Echoes.

For my run, I started with Color + Series, then followed by Weapon Type.

Gains 1M BRV DMG Shield
HP cannot decrease while shield active
+100% DEF while shield active
Stronger attack while shield active
Paralyzed upon shield expiry
