Shocking double murder in Bengaluru as a 33-year-old software engineer, Rohan Chandra Bhatt, allegedly stabs his parents to death in an upscale villa community. The victims were identified as Naveen Chandra Bhatt (60), a retired Navy Captain, and his wife Dr. Shyamala Bhatt (55), a prominent dentist. Financial dispute over a new business venture is suspected to be the motive. Rohan, who recently returned from the US, allegedly demanded money before the argument turned violent. Crime Scene: The tragedy took place at the Adarsha Vista villa in Vignan Nagar, East Bengaluru, on Wednesday morning. Police Action: Rohan has been arrested and remanded in judicial custody. Investigation is ongoing to uncover more details about the strained family relations. Medical Examination: The accused was subjected to a medical check-up hours after the crime, as neighbors reported hearing the escalation of the dispute. Hospital Statement: Both victims were rushed to the hospital by a neighbor but were declared "brought dead" on arrival due to severe injuries.
