Brown Rice Khane ke Nuksan 😳| Dr Brajpal | White Rice v/s Brown Rice; Which is Better ? Brown Rice

In this video I have shared knowledge regarding the differences between white rice and brown rice. Brown rice is a Whole Grain means it contains Bran, Germ and Endosperm. Brown Rice is a rich source of Fibers, Vitamins and Minerals. When Brown rice is processed in factories then Bran and Germ are removed means nutritious parts of Brown rice are removed and it becomes White rice. So, Nutrient Profile of Brown rice is better than White rice BUT there are some anti nutrient factors present in brown rice and Arsenic Toxicity may happen due to Brown rice.
