This PRINCE2 project management simulation game is designed to help students learn to apply PRINCE2.

The game is based upon a fictional scenario where the learner acts as a project manager on a project forming part of a programme to redevelop Tate High Street. The learner must apply PRINCE2 in a sensible way to score points in the game.

As such it is useful for students who are studying for the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam which requires students to show that they can apply PRINCE2 to a non-complex project.

The game is also available to be played in teams of up to 4 people, hosted by a moderator. The group version of the game enhances the learning experience because all team members are involved in taking the decisions of the fictional project manager. In addition, played in a team environment at work, the game provides excellent team-building opportunities.

In both the solo and team versions of the game, learners develop the business case, manage issues and risks, manage stakeholders, and manage the delivery of the project. Learners navigate through multiple Challenges and answer optional Quests to get more points.
