I tried making CLEAR POPPING BOBA, but is it even possible!?

✨Recipe:
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Sprite
• ½ tbsp Sodium Alginate
• 2 tbsp Calcium Lactate
• 4 cups Water

Directions:
1. In a blender, combine Sprite with sodium alginate and blend until fully dissolved. Let sit for 15 minutes to remove air bubbles.
2. In a large bowl, mix calcium lactate with warm water until fully dissolved.
3. Using a dropper, take your sprite mixture and place small amounts in a small rounded measuring spoon, then dip into the calcium bath and swirl to release from the spoon.
4. Allow the boba to sit in the bath for about 1–2 minutes, gently swirling to ensure they don’t stick together.
5. Scoop the boba out with a strainer, rinse twice in cold water, and transfer to your drink of choice. Serve and enjoy!! 😊
