🔷️ Ingredients for liver ( kaleji ) wash
- liver ( kaleji ) 1 kg
- ginger garlic paste 1 tbs
- white vineger 3 tbs
- water as required

🔷️ Ingredients for liver ( kaleji ) recipe
- oil 1/2 cup
- onion 2 large finely chopped
- ginger garlic paste 2 tbs
- tomatoed 2 large chopped
- red chili powder 1 tbs
- red chili flakes 1/2 tbs
- termuric powder 1/2 tsp
- whole spice powder 1 tbs
- coriander powder 1 tbs
- salt 1 tsp or to taste
- green chili and ginger slices as required
