2 -3 cups cooked rice
200g ground pork
1 eggplant
1 green onion
3 cloves garlic
2 eggs
2 tablespoons Doubanjiang (fermented bean paste, recommend Lee Kum Kee brand)
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
