Control NetIO PowerDIN from a Shelly using URLs

This time I look at the URL API on a NetIO PowerDIN to show you how easily you can configure a Shelly i3 to control the PowerDIN locally using simple URLs. No server, no cloud connection required. The same technique applies to other Shelly and NetIO products.
