You (Bounty Bob) have to run over all the platforms colouring them in. When you collect an item you have a few seconds to then collect the creatures before they turn deadly again (they slightly duck down while collectable).
This game came out on a lot of different computers at the time and a sequel was released later called Bounty Bob Strikes Back.
There are 10 levels, though I only managed to get to the fourth here.
