🔥 Cutting Instructions
Import the SVG or DXF into your laser software (LightBurn, Glowforge App, or xTool Creative Space).
Use typical 3 mm plywood settings:
Speed ≈ 10–15 mm/s Power ≈ 80–100 %
Kerf adjustment:
If joints are tight → widen slots +0.05 to +0.1 mm
If loose → reduce slots –0.05 mm
Use masking tape to minimize burn marks.
Remove protective film and lightly sand the edges for a clean finish.
🧩 Assembly Instructions
Cut all panels from 3 mm plywood.
Fit the base, side panels, and dividers using the tab-and-slot joints.
Apply a small amount of wood glue on each joint (optional).
Hold until dry — your four-section organizer is ready to use!
