Transporting 2x50 TON GENERATORS with SCANIA S730 | Public Work | Farming Simulator 22 | Episode 5

Today we are at Waldstetten and we have to transport two giant generators from Mittelberg to Waldstetten. We started by talking to our accountant and then jumping into a Mercedes Sprinter and going to the job location. When we arrived there, we had a guy waiting for us to explain what we have to do. He got us Scania S730 8x4 waiting for us with Cozad 85 Ton steerable low-loader trailer. Our job was to go to the Mittelberg and pick up two 50 Ton generators that we had to transport back to the Waldstetten Refinery and then unload them with a Terex 5500 crane that we got ready last time. So we jumped into the truck and headed to the Mittelberg by the highway. There was some roadwork on the highway but they opened up the highway for us to pass through. We had to be very careful passing the roadwork because it was very narrow and tight. After we got through the roadwork we continued our way to the Mittelberg where we got the 50-ton generator loaded onto the low-loader trailer. Then we transported it back to the Waldstetten Refinery using the highway. We had to get all types of permits to do this and it was done by the employer and we also had ADAC checking us as we passed by. We managed to transport one generator back to the Refinery without any issues and then it was time to unload it. We used Terex 5500 crane that we set up the last time to unload the generator and place it in the position where it needs to be. Also, we had to put four wooden blocks under the generator until they decided to mount it permanently. When that was done, we turned around the truck and low-loader trailer and headed back to the Mittelberg to get the second generator. We did everything the same with the second one and then we parked the truck and trailer. Then we spoke with a guy who got us this job and he paid us 20.000 euros. When that was done, we jumped into our Mercedes Sprinter and we returned back to the HQ and parked it. Then we gave a job report to the accountant and we headed inside the house to take a break.
