FMG Online Brainstorming Session on DSU Reform and MC13

On March 26, 2024, the Friends of Multilateralism Group (FMG) organized an online brainstorming session to discuss about dispute settlement understanding reform and MC13. Alejandro Jara, FMG member and former Deputy Director-General of WTO moderated this session.

At the meeting, Marco Tulio Molina, former Deputy Permanent Representative of Guatemala to the WTO shared his opinions on this topic. Petros C Mavroidis, FMG member and Professor of Law at Columbia Law School; Wenhua Ji, FMG member and Professor at the School of Law, University of International Business and Economics (UIBE); FMG member and Professor at the Georgetown University Law Center shared their comments. Then, the panelists answered the questions from the participants.
 
Over 70 participants joined the session, including members of FMG, Ambassadors/DPRs of WTO members, Directors of WTO divisions, representatives from related international organizations, and experts from renowned think tanks and universities etc.
