These celebrity mansions are more expensive than they look. Surely when you think of celebrity homes, you think luxurious and beautiful mansions. The amount of money that some people spent on their lavish houses often looks extravagant to us. While those exist, some celebs opt for down-to-earth and humble abodes. While these don’t have an indoor swimming pool, a helipad, or a 10 car garage, they still cost a lot. These houses may look normal or even small, for a celebrity, but they are more expensive than you think.

After he first visited Naoshima, the Japanese “art island'' designed by prize-winning architect Tadao Ando, Kanye West has been obsessed. It came to no surprise that Kanye bought a house designed by Tadao Ando. The concrete home is a minimalist seaside mansion in Malibu. The 3,665 square foot home Kanye dropped $57.3 million to own it. But that price is nothing for Kanye and his love for art. Billie Eilish still lives in her 1,208 square foot family home, with one bedroom it is still worth $763,400. Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds’s quaint house is worth $2.5 million.
